How can I arrange to have my old gear collected?
It is as simple as picking up the phone and calling us on 03 9462
6488, we will organise a convenient time for you to drop off your
donation.
What type of stuff will you accept?
Any old computer hardware, software and peripherals that
you no longer need. However, we have to draw the line at obviously
damaged goods that are not repairable.
We are not a rubbish collection service.
If your computer crashes or your printer jams and has no physical
signs of damage then we are very interested in these items.
What happens to my stuff once it is dropped off?
We return them to our Support centre where they will be stripped down,
rebuilt and tested. Some of the computers are refurbished and given
to local community groups and others are sold to ensure we have room
to accept more, through the sale of these items we help the above
listed charities.
